Róisín Murphy, Revamp Your Home Workspace
The COVID-19 restrictions in Ireland have resulted in many people working from home. This change of workspace has required creative solutions and innovations to make a separate working space. If you are looking for new ideas to revamp your home and your workspace, then join Róisín Murphy, from RTEs Home Rescue, for this unique workshop. Róisín will guide you through the process of how she examines the suitability of a space, what interventions are needed to make your space more functional, how to improve the space from an interior design perspective and other great top tips.
1pm – 1.55pm
Erica Drum is a true advocate for stopping food waste and is a freelance & virtual cookery tutor, chef, host and stylist. Over the past year, she has been cooking regularly on Virgin Media’s Six O’Clock Show and pre- COVID Erica worked as a cookery tutor in Howth Castle cookery school and gave cookery demos on stage at festivals such as Thrive, Taste of Dublin, Electric Picnic and Wine and Cheese Fest.
‘Lunch Reuse’ will be a fun and exciting workshop where Erica will teach you how to turn your leftovers into three delicious lunch dishes. She will also give you many tips and tricks for stopping food waste in the home, from planning, purchasing to storage and freezing. You will come away with the know-how and newfound appreciation for the food and how it can be reused as opposed to waste. Erica’s recipes are always a winner and you will receive them prior to the event so you can follow what she is making. Along with that, Erica will answer all your questions on the day.
