Plastic plant pots / Flower pots

What?

When you purchase plants or flowers they will normally come  in a rigid plastic tub or tray.

Where?

The rigid plastic tub or tray can be placed in the household recycling bin clean, dry and loose or taken to a civic amenity site for recycling with rigid plastics.

How?

All rigid trays regardless of the colour, number, symbol or lack thereof can be placed are accepted in the recycling waste stream. Trays should be clean, so if there is any soil or vegetation please empty and rinse the tubs or trays first before placing in the mixed dry recycling bin.
